I get that you may be scratching your head a bit right now – a blog that lists its core values (or even has core values)? Weird!
Yes, it is unusual. But here is why I am sharing my core values . . . living my core values is who I am. My core values are my essence.
The purpose of this blog is to share my thoughts about life in an authentic, vulnerable way – and by doing so, trying to normalize authenticity and vulnerability for others. The only way I know how to do that is by sharing my essence.
